Our production studio for photographers and filmmakers who need total creative control. This is our premium, turnkey, all-inclusive, fully-equipped and supported experience.

The Podcast Studio (Studio B)
Our fully-equipped Podcast Studio provides efficient turnkey production facilities for interviews and presentations, social media creators, brands, and vloggers. Located 10 minutes from the ferry and airport, and 30 minutes from Victoria, it's very convenient for cast, crew, and guests.

Our Studio C offers ready to go pre-built three dimensional sets (including decor props) that you can use as a location for your sessions and are available either dry (your lighting) or pre-lit.

Our Studio B: Your Podcast Studio
Our Studio B is our 1,400 sq ft podcast studio, designed for creators seeking a professional, ready-made setup for vlogging, brand presentations, interviews, and social media production. Conveniently located for cast, crew, and guests, the studio is just 10 minutes from the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, 11 minutes from Victoria International Airport, 12 minutes from Sidney, 15 minutes from the Brentwood Ferry, and 30 minutes from our main studios in Victoria.
Inside, a dedicated green room provides a comfortable environment for your talent, complete with a makeup station, change room, and refreshments. Creators can step directly into our ready-to-go podcast set or collaborate with our designers to build a custom modular set tailored specifically to their project. For post-production, our facilities also feature both an audio recording studio and a dedicated photo and video editing suite.

Our Studio C: Your Room Set Studio
Our Studio C offers ready to go pre-built three dimensional sets (including decor props) that you can use as a location for your sessions.
These curated sets that save you a ton of time on set design, and preparation. The are ready for you when you are and are available either dry (your lighting) or pre-lit.

Our Studio C offers ready-made sets for quick and efficient productions starting at:
- Non-Members: $250/hour
- Our Studio Members: $200/hour (2 hour minimum)
If you want something completely unique, just ask about our custom set design services.
(Studio C sessions are by quotation only, however room sets start at $200/hour pre-lit with one assistant. So reach out and we can help you plan your session details.)

Our 1500 sq ft high grid photography and video studio is designed as a reliable, professional, and efficient space to create exceptional work.
Supported with an optional suite of professional gear, it offers a turnkey solution whether you’re shooting stills or filming commercials, corporate videos, live streams, interviews, product demos, or music videos, our space offers the flexibility to bring your vision to life.
Designed as a "Blank Canvas" Production Studio
- A 25'x40' Clearspan Studio with up to a 30 foot grid height
- with Optional Natural Window Light or Controlled Continuous or Strobe lighting packages
- optional on-site grip equipment, green screen and 9' infinity seamless backdrops are available as well as Table-Top Product Sets

- Studio's A & B: Ground Floor Access (Large Personnel Door)
- Studio's C & D: Ground Floor Access with Loading Dock Bay Doors
- Accessible Facilities (Please contact us with specific needs)
- No loud music or noise
- No set construction without prior approval
- No smoking, alcohol, candles, or weapons
- No pets
- No smoke machines allowed
- Damages or missing items may incur fees (studio is inspected before/after bookings)
- Outside catering is allowed
- All ages are allowed in the space
- Guests may cancel their booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their booking price.
- Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their booking price.
- If a booking cancellation is submitted less than 24 hours before the event's start time, there is no refund.
