Perfect for intimate workshops, screenings, and seminars where a focused, professional environment is key.
- Capacity: Up to 30 people (theatre or custom seating)
- Screenings & Seminars Rate:
- Non-Members: $100/hour
- Our Studio Members: $75/hour

Our Studio B: The Lifestyle & Content Space
Our Studio B is our 1400 sq ft natural north light studio. It is a multi-function showroom space, perfect for creators who need a beautiful, ready-made environment. Featuring stunning, high-end wallpaper and mural backdrops from Decor2Go, it's the ideal studio for social media content, vlogging, and brand photoshoots.
Availability
Primarily available evenings after 6 PM Daytime bookings may be available by special request.
Social Media Backdrops Rental Rates
- Access to a variety of scenic and textured backdrops
- Simple, easy-to-use lighting kit included (ring light & LED panel)
- Non-Members: $70/hour
- Our Studio Members: $50/hour
- (2-hour minimum, 10% discount on 8+ hour bookings)
Roundtable Meeting Rental Rates
- Non-Members: $80/hour
- Our Studio Members: $60/hour
- (2-hour minimum, up to 12 people for roundtable setup)
Events, Workshops & Mixers
Our Studio B's large showroom is ideal for larger workshops, social mixers, and meetings where atmosphere and beautiful backdrops enhance the experience.
- Capacity: Up to 50 people (to be confirmed)
- Workshops & Social Mixers Rate:
- Non-Members: $200/hour
- Our Studio Members: $150/hour
- (4-hour minimum)
Our Studio C: Pre Designed and Installed Sets
Our Studio C offers ready to go pre-built three dimensional sets (including decor props) that you can use as a location for your sessions.
These curated sets that save you a ton of time on set design, and preparation. The are ready for you when you are and are available either dry (your lighting) or pre-lit.

Studio Details (The Fine Print)
- Ample Free Parking
- Ground Floor Access (Large personnel door, no loading bay)
- Accessible Facilities (Please contact us with specific needs)
- No loud music or noise
- No set construction without prior approval
- No smoking, alcohol, candles, or weapons
- No pets
- No smoke machines allowed
- Damages or missing items may incur fees (studio is inspected before/after bookings)
- Outside catering is allowed
- All ages are allowed in the space
- Guests may cancel their booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their booking price.
- Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their booking price.
- If a booking cancellation is submitted less than 24 hours before the event's start time, there is no refund.
